I returned because the zipper broke.I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund.This coat is truly more beautiful than I had expected. I usually buy black coats but decide to try the Smokey Gray color and it's stunning. The chevron stitching is stylish and flattering, and the fur hood is as lush and feathery as real fur. The pockets are incredibly silky and soft--lined with velvet. I will say that this coat runs small because the Medium size "just fits" with little room to spare and I am 5'4" and ~132# --usually wear size 6-8.I tried a different style but same brand in store and knew that it fit small so I ordered a size up which is perfect for sweaters. This coat is the real deal to keep you warm. I was kind of worried that the cream fur would get covered in makeup and it hasn’t. I love the color, kind of a gunmetal and so pretty.Such a perfect fit. Feels very comfortable on. This has been my wear everyday everywhere coat. Love the Feel of the lining in the collar and the hood. I can adjust the hood with the drawstring. This coat keeps me very warm even in 10 degree weather. I got the XXL in the charcoal color. I love ❤️ the look and feel of this coat so much, I want it in other colors too.Warm coat, but the zipper doesn't always work very good. Takes a while to get it zipped up.This cost is PERFECT! The cut is great & shows off your curves! The fabric is smooth & water repellent & The hood is so soft. The first time I purchased this coat was at TJ Maxx I had for a year before my new puppy found it! ? I was devastated! Thankfully AMAZON came through! I ABSOLUTELY love this coat & it’s so warm ♥️♥️♥️The fit was perfect everywhere else, perhaps even a tad loose but great if you want to layer. However the shoulders are RIDICULOUSLY narrow. The minute I put it on it felt like a size Small on top, and a true Large everywhere else. If you have a triangle shape this coat is perfect for you. If you have average shoulders (I'm a once-hourglass-now-apple shape thanks to baby) this will likely be too snug.This is a very well made coat, and is very pretty as well. However, I had to return it, as it runs very very small. I ordered a size L as I wear a size 10-12, and wanted it to be roomy. It was very small, with very narrow sleeves as well. It seemed to me to be perhaps teen sizing. I ordered a similar Gallery coat in size L, and it fit perfectly.
